It seems with everything that’s been happening of late—economic troubles, political tension, wars in other portions of the country—most people just don’t have enough time to see to car repairs or part replacement sessions. But if you drive a Volvo like I do and you’ve had that machine for a number of years now, you may wish to set aside a few lousy hours to replace whatever it is that needs replacing. Take my good friend Fred.

–>He used to cruise around in a 1998 Volvo model with a broken vent visor. What’s the use of having one if it’s broken in the first place right? But he didn’t listen. All he did was stick to his old Volvo vent visors —until he nearly cut himself on the serrated edge. That was when he decided to go for new ones. How hard could buying new ones be—I asked him. Besides, there’s that very nifty site for Swedish auto parts online. Coming across that site is bound to make the search a little bit easier for him and others like him. I wasn’t wrong.

Among the many terms that exist in this world, Volvo turn signal is one term that we don’t often stumble across in the course of a normal day—or week—or month—even year. Well, perhaps not the latter but you simply have got to admit that such phrases don’t constitute day-to-day vocabulary—unless we work at an auto repair shop or own a Volvo ride that just happened to acquire a faulty turn signal right at that moment—which would explain our inexplicable knowledge of it.
